So much lighter & flavoursome than Philli. I mix with good olive oil, green olive, black pepper, & a little lemon zest & serve with a small bit of smoked salmon & dill on canape spoons to avoid too much carbs, maybe with a salmon egg or 2 if doing for a lot of guests & feel flush.

I use this instead of Phili. Lighter & more flavour. I whip up with good quality olive oil, a bit of chopped green olive, pepper & lemon zest & serve with smoked salmon & carb of choice, or without on a canape spoon, maybe with a salmon egg or two.
