Good quark. I actually bought it to make my lovely Budwig breakfast, but for that you need over 10% of protein, preferably 10% as quark usually has, but this one has only about 7%. So I had to strain it to get what I really wanted. But it is tasty, and it is the only non salty, low fat 'quark' that I have found. Delivery was pretty fast. Thank you, will order again.
