As another reviewer states, this isn't celery. Nor is it cottage cheese! We don't really have fromage blanc in England unless it has come from France or Germany or somewhere. But this is a delicious salad and not available in most UK supermarkets.

This is NOT celery. It is celeri remoulade - made from celeriac. Something found in every deli in France, but quite rare in the UK
