Tastier than your average tinned sardines but also more expensive. A slightly healthy alternative breakfast when place on a piece of Roggenbrot, spread with quark, helped along with olive tapenade and a sprinkling of pomegranite seeds. And / or alternative enhancements selon gout & budget mensuel.
