Description:
The Bronze Gelatin 300 leaves, is a Halal certified bovine gelatin. In this 1kg box, you will find 300 sheets of beef gelatin, bronze quality, which will allow you to make many delicious Bavarian and other entremets.
WHAT IS BOVINE GELATIN?
Beef gelatin is obtained by cooking collagen, the most abundant protein in mammals. Collagen is found in the skin, cartilage, muscles and bones of animals, which is why there are gelatin of beef, pork but also fish!
Odourless and colourless, it is used in pastries to obtain a texture of Bavarian or mousses firm and impeccable holding. You can also use it in salty preparations, such as meat terrines, fish terrines or vegetables. This gelatin is widely used in Halal preparations where the use of porcine gelatin is excluded.
Store gelatin away from heat and humidity and preferably at 15° to 25° and approximately 65% humidity.
