This typical Spanish dry sausage with a blanket of onion, can be eaten sliced as an aperitif.
Ingredients:
Pork meat and bacon (165.7g of meat are implemented per 100g of finished product - Origin: Spain), maltodextrin, salt, antioxidants (potassium lactate, sodium ascorbate), spice, aroma, preservative (potassium nitrate), ferments. Cover product: dehydrated onion (1.5%), coating agent: gum Arabic. Natural pig casing. Surface preservatives: Penicillium nalgiovensis and Penicillium candidum. May contain traces of SOYA and MILK. Product subject to desiccation.
