Carrefour Duck foie gras bloc 200g
I bought this to eat with cheese but found it to be a little too sweet for my liking.
Lucien Georgelin Black Cherry Chutney 155g
Perfect Foie Gras. Fresh, tender, well balanced both in taste and texture. It was a great addition to our New Year table. A good size for the smaller company of 3-4 people. Will buy again (and already ordered another one for the coming party!)
