Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order, so we can assess the issue and make it right. Refunds for damaged goods will be processed upon receipt of photographic evidence.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as perishable goods (like fresh and refrigerated food) and custom products, are not eligible for return. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
