The empyreumatic and vanilla notes highlight some stewed black fruits. In the mouth this impression is confirmed through soft and pulpy flesh, with palpable density and bursting with flattering aromas. It is already perfect for next winter, especially if you enjoy it around 17°C around a nice meat dish then a soft, mature cheese.
