Black pepper-covered Salchichon Sliced.
The “Salchichón” is a variety of sausage, from lean meats mixed with some nobler parts from pigs. It is manufactured on a line of crafting with natural products of marinade.
The process is similar to the chorizo but using pepper instead of the paprika and is ready sliced into the perfect thickness and comes at a great price!
It has a high nutritional value and is very juicy and an incomparable flavour. Best served on its own with a good wine or with a selection of tapas. Excellent on sandwiches and pizza and its exclusive flavours adds something special to sauces and stews.
