Description:
Secret de Mousse au chocolat noir de La Laitière is the alliance between the lightness of the mousse and an intense taste in dark chocolate. The secret of this intense taste? A little more pure melted chocolate cocoa butter incorporated into the preparation, which reveals fine marbling. This foam is made in Vallet (Loire-Atlantique) with milk from France.
