This light vinaigrette with Southern flavours is made from ingredients that are subtly combined and cooked. This vinaigrette with olive oil combines the aromatic power of the shallot and the freshness of the chives, all with a reduced tomato purée and topped with 3 vinegars: white wine, red wine and balsamic.
Ingredients:
Water, extra virgin olive oil 18%, rapeseed oil, white wine vinegar and red wine vinegar, ketchup (semi-reduced tomato purée, alcohol vinegar, sugar, modified starch, salt, acidifier: citric acid), balsamic vinegar 3.4% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colour: E150d, preservative: potassium diSULFITE), chives 3.3%, salt, shallot 2%, garlic, aroma, spices.
