The ripening of the peaches takes place from the beginning of July to the end of August. They are fruits rich in potassium and are very thirst-quenching. They come mainly from Emilia Romagna. The taste: sweet and velvety, very fragrant. Pairings and advice: It goes very well with mascarpone or spread on a toast. It is ideal for breakfast and as a snack.
