The Raviole du Dauphiné is Red Label certified, a sign of superior quality. The raviole is composed of a fine paste and a generous stuffing based on parsley, comté and fresh cottage cheese. It only takes 1 minute to cook.
Recipe idea: Simply poached in a broth, pan-fried or gratin, the ravioli can be used in a complete dish, as an accompaniment to meat, fish, salad or verrines.

Dough 50%: Common wheat flour 36%, water, fresh eggs 4.7%, sunflower oil.
50% stuffing: COUNT 23%, FRESH COTTAGE CHEESE, 2% parsley, FRESH EGGS, SALT, BUTTER. (Percentages expressed as a percentage of the total product)

Easy to cook and can be used in a salad, fried, boiled with just olive oil or cooked in oven with crème fraîche, salmon and spinach with grated cheese on top… fabulous and can’t find them in UK.

A must to have in your fridge! Warm with a pinch of pepper or cold with a lamb’s lettuce salad - always delicious.
