Description : Preparation advice: IN THE OVEN: Preheat your oven to 210°C (th. 7). Arrange the quenelles on a dish without crowding them and cover them generously with a fairly liquid sauce (béchamel, Nantua, tomato). Let them cook for about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve them immediately. IN THE FAN: Cut the dumplings into rounds. Brown them in a hot non-stick pan with a little oil. Let them brown for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat, stirring regularly. Serve immediately. Recipe idea: In the oven with a sauce or in the pan for more original preparations.
