Since 1973 I have been on the lookout for a very spicy Merguez to match the ones I tasted in a small Moroccan restaurant in Choisy-le-Roi on the outskirts of Paris. These are as close as I have ever got to them in the UK; they are incredibly delicious but the cost, including delivery, makes them quite pricey.

I am sure these are excellent but I am surprised to read that other comments suggest that merguez are not available in the UK having been buying them from two different butchers in West London for many years and a third until he retired!

Thank you for selling them as not available in UK , great merguez for BBQ, couscous and any dish with semoule or rice.

I absolutely love Merguez and have done since I was introduced to them by my brother's mother-in-law in 1972 at a cafe in Choisy le Roi. The only thing I would change is the 'punch' they deliver; it could do with a bit of a French-like spicy boost. Having said that, I shall be buying more as time goes on.

Excellent quality; could do with being spicier like some of those in France. I understand the price bearing in mind the current economic situation but it is unlikely that Jeremy Hunt would make merguez a special case.

Not being able to go on our regular visits to the south of France for over 2 years I decided to treat my husband and buy in some of his favourite Merguez sausages. He loved them ! The real deal, the same you can buy in France.
