This fish parmentier recipe is made with Lieu Noir fillet and flesh, steamed and then mixed with mashed potatoes and fresh cream with olive oil, shallots, chives and parsley.

Purée 73% water, SKIMMED MILK rehydrated, flakes of potatoes 10%, CREME fresh 8.7%, shallots, rapeseed oil, chives 0.7%, salt, garlic, pepper, turmeric, place 23% (LIEU flesh 15%, LIEU fillet 7.7%), bread crumb (BLE flour, water, yeast, salt, soya flour, rapeseed oil), breadcrumbs (including BLE), onions (onions, sunflower oil), chives 0.2%, rapeseed oil, turmeric.
