1. Which day will my shopping be delivered?

On our homepage website, before selecting and filling your shopping basket, select and indicate your postal code and we will inform you which day of the week your area is delivered.

2. How to change the delivery date

If you are unable to be present on the indicated delivery day, let us know of a date that would suit you and will we do our best to deliver on your selected date.

3. What time of the day will the delivery take place?

Once you have placed your order with us, a member of our team will contact you a day before your delivery is due and will give you a 2 hour time slot. If you are unable to be present for the time slot given, please contact our service team and they will re-arrange a delivery date and time with you.

4. If I am not present when the delivery takes place, what happens ?

Please notify us the day before delivery should the allocated time slot no longer suit you. We can re-arrange it as quickly as possible for you. However, if you are unable to let us know that you will not be present, we will keep your goods for you and we will contact you to find a new delivery date and time. We will not be held responsible for the “best before” date if the delivery is re-scheduled.
