When I lived in Spain my local Frankfurt bar used to have this. It taste amazing on a pork, cheese and red pepper sub. The only time I could buy this was when visiting friends in Spain. I now have a UK source.

I have used Viandox in stews, gravies, stir fries and even used it to give boiled rice a lovely twang when you fluff it up in a wok: this ever since I discovered it whilst on a caravan holiday in France 40 years ago and have used it ever since. For some obscure reason, none of the main grocery outlets in the UK stock Viandox so I stocked up on my regular visits to France. That's until the pandemic and then I was stuck until I found EuropaFood - the only UK based supplier who fortunately provide an excellent online service for this super product which I liken to liquid 'oxo'.
