I am a great lover of Compte and this one is so far the best I have eaten. It has a very rounded pronounced taste that will please those who like a stronger taste. When used in cooking the taste becomes more gentle but just as delicious.

Just superb! Can't go wrong with Comte, but this one come as a massive chunk which makes it easier to slice. Because it comes as a 800g, I don't feel guilty putting it in everything, salad, croque monsieur, etc. with always spectacular results!
